NEW JAILINGS

Charles A. Blunck, 19, Burns, arrested Aug. 12 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and illegally carrying a concealed weapon. Released Friday after posting a $1,500 bond. Previously jailed May 14 on suspicion of disorderly conduct, May 13 on suspicion of disorderly conduct and possessing marijuana, and Nov. 25 for failing to appear in court.

Jouanna S. Cain, 35, Wichita, jailed Aug. 11 without bond for failing to appear in court. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 76 days between April 28, 2023, and Oct. 23, 2025. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders three times, for allegedly violating her probation three times and on suspicion of theft by deception, felony cruelty to animals, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Jaden A. Cutsinger, 30, McPherson, jailed Aug. 11 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 32 days between July 5, 2020, and June 29, 2026. Previous jailings were on court orders four times, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a valid license, failing to surrender vehicle registration to the state, interfering with law enforcement, transporting an open container of liquor, and failing to have vehicle liability insurance.

Andria R. Daugherty, 44, McPherson, arrested Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond.

Kara M. Holt, 38, Peabody, arrested Aug. 12 by Peabody police for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 46 days between Feb. 27, 2021, and Feb. 10, 2022. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation twice, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, ingredients to make drugs, stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia

Daniel Martinez, 27, Enterprise, jailed Aug. 12 for failing to appear in court.

Kenneth L. Schlesener, 23, Reading, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of discharging a firearm within city limits, aggravated child endangerment, criminal damage to property, and two counts of domestic battery. Released 13 hours later after posting $8,500 in bonds.

Kurtis M. Welch, 36, Peabody, arrested Monday by Peabody police on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and failing to appear in court. Bond not set. Previously jailed Sept. 27 and 28, 2023, on suspicion of having no vehicle liability insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

James W. Woodward, 45, Wichita, jailed Aug. 12 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $1,500 bond.
