NEW JAILINGS

Jessica K. Clark, 29, Hays, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, criminal restraint, domestic battery, and reckless driving. Released 22 hours later after posting $15,000 in bonds.

James L. Findley, 46, Peabody, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released an hour later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 16 days between Feb. 7, 2018, and July 31, 2026. Previously jailings were for failing to appear in court 11 times and on suspicion of domestic battery three times, violating an order of protection, falsely reporting a crime, interfering with law enforcement, criminal damage to property twice, violating his probation, and disorderly conduct.

Jessica S.M. Jackson, 35, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 21 hours later without bond.

Blake A. Newsome, 25, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery by choking. Released 29 hours later after posting a $7,500 bond.

Jairo Z. Rodriguez, 40, Wichita, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failing to have evidence of vehicle liability insurance. Released 18 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

James W. Woodward, 45, Wichita, jailed Aug. 12 for failing to appear in court. Released Saturday after posting a $1,500 bond.
