Stuart F. Parks, 1525 W. St. Francis, Wichita; pleaded no contest to a charge of driving while revoked (habitual violator), charges of no proof of insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (fourth or subsequent conviction) were dismissed. Defendant was sentenced to pay a $300 fine, $98 surcharge, and $700 attorney’s fees.

Michael Lee Backes, 25110 Willison Road, Mt. Hope; sentenced Feb. 8 to 45 days in jail for probation violation.
