Joseph Lee Habluetzel, 212 N. Vine St., Peabody; charge of misdemeanor theft dismissed with prejudice March 19 after restitution, court costs, and surcharge paid.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. Third St., Peabody; status hearing Feb. 21, jury trial set for April 20 on one count of domestic battery, two counts of criminal damage to property, and two counts of assault; defendant ordered to have no contact with Shannon Eden; bond modified to $100,000 O.R. Defendant pleaded no-contest to domestic battery Feb. 27, all other charges dismissed, sentencing scheduled for April 23.

Richard Reimann, 405 S. Birch St. Lot 2, Hillsboro; March 14 motion to suppress hearing continued to May 15 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Phillip L. Stegeman, 901 S. Kansas, Newton; defendant pleaded guilty to criminal trespass March 14, charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked dropped. Sentencing scheduled for May 9.

Rebecca Alline Almond, 309 N. Lincoln, Hillsboro; dismissal set aside March 19; scheduling conference set for April 23 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Case dismissed March 27.

Jason Anderson, 407 N. Vine, Peabody; May 8 trial continued to June 21, with April 10 status hearing scheduled, on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert J. Stewart, 213 S.W. Second, Newton; March 13 restitution hearing, status hearing scheduled for April 23 on two counts of battery.

Lucas D. Hoskinson, 411 S. Main Lot 11, Newton; defendant failed to appear at probation revocation hearing March 14, bench warrant issued. Bench warrant withdrawn March 19, hearing scheduled for April 23.

Layton Edward Keegan Tapscott, 908 N. Maple, Peabody; defendant failed to appear at probation revocation hearing March 14, bench warrant issued with $1,500 bond.

Travis R. Grosse, 220 W. Santa Fe, Marion; probation revoked, then reinstated March 19 on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Probation extended 12 months.

Travis R. Grosse, 220 W. Santa Fe, Marion; sentenced to 18 months probation with 10-month prison sentence and 12-month jail sentence underlying for one count of forgery and two counts of criminal use of a financial card. Defendant also ordered to pay $141.41 restitution to Emprise Bank of Hillsboro plus $195 court costs, $200 DNA database fee, $120 correctional supervision fee, $700 BIDS attorney fee, and $45 booking/fingerprint fee. Defendant receives five days of credit for time spent in jail.

Traci E. Goldsberry, 616 N. 13th, Salina; prosecution withdraws motion for forfeiture of bond on March 15, defendant picked up by Saline County Sheriff’s Department March 15 and a hold was placed.

Joseph M. Bauer, 709 E. 8th, Newton; first appearance March 19 on motion to revoke probation; counsel appointed and arraignment scheduled for April 23.

Calvin Ray Maurer, 1124 Weldon, Marion; first appearance March 19 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and criminal deprivation of property; arraignment scheduled for April 23.

Justin Dion Tate, 513 Doyle, Florence; arraigned March 19 on motion to revoke probation; defendant stipulated to violating probation. Disposition hearing scheduled April 23.

William M. Hess, 1968 Highway 256, Marion; amended complaint filed March 19, charging defendant with disorderly conduct and two counts of battery.

Douglas Edward Gable, 119 N. 8th, Herington; defendant failed to appear at plea hearing on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of drug paraphernalia. March 14; bench warrant issued with no bond.

Tommy Lee Mitchell, 402 S. Birch St., Hillsboro; bench warrant issued March 14 for failure to appear on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting an open container.

Douglas Edward Gable, 119 N. 8th, Herington; defendant failed to appear March 14 for plea hearing on driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked. Defendant was in Dickinson County Jail.

Jesse Segovia, 3900 S. Gilda Circle, Wichita; arraignment on speeding (driving 81 in a 65 mph zone) and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked continued from March 21 to April 18. Plea agreement reached March 28. Defendant pleaded guilty to speeding; all other charges dismissed. Defendant ordered to pay $81 fine and $96 court costs.

Desiree L. Ward, 206 N. Lincoln, Hillsboro; arraignment on a charge of operating a vehicle without an interlock continued from March 18 to April 18.

Dustin T. Stucky, 5706 N. Dakota Road, Scott City; first appearance March 21 on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, and failure to appear. Counsel appointed. Arraignment scheduled for April 18.

Joshua Duaine Esau, Wichita; pleaded guilty to driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked March 21; sentencing scheduled April 18.

Lonnie Michael Krehbiel, 123 Allison, Newton; first appearance March 21 on a charge of transporting an open container. Defendant waived right to counsel. Arraignment scheduled April 18.

Pascual Martinez, 1033 W. 29th St. N., Wichita; failed to appear March 21, bench warrant issued with $1,000 bond. Charged with driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and driving 82 in a 65 mph zone.

Robert E. Price, 300 W. Albert, Maize; failed to appear March 21, bench warrant issued with $1,000 bond. Charged with driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and not wearing a seatbelt.
