Main, Marion; pleaded nolo contendere April 4 to a charge of obstructing official duty; sentenced to suspended 12 month jail term and given 12 months of probation with four days of jail time; ordered to pay $160 court costs, $60 probation fee, $45 processing fee; must submit to random drug and alcohol testing; ordered to have no contact with victim or witnesses except at family functions.
Dallen Thompson, 501 N. B St., Ramona; preliminary hearing held May 2; defendant waived preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of non-residential burglary and vehicle burglary; arraignment scheduled for June 12; defendant ordered to have no contact with co-defendant and to use no drugs or alcohol.
Kimberly Joy Funk, 102 E. Kansas, Lehigh; status hearing held April 10 on charges of three counts of mistreatment of a dependant adult and seven counts of misdemeanor theft; jury trial scheduled for Aug. 16 and 17; status hearing scheduled for June 12.

Dawnyele N. Reynolds, 102 W. Santa Fe Apt. 3, Marion; first amended complaint filed May 17, charging defendant with attempted misdemeanor theft.
Traffic
Desiree L. Ward, 206 N. Lincoln, Hillsboro; pleaded no-contest April 18 to driving an unregistered vehicle and defective mirror; charges of driving without ignition interlock device and no proof of liability insurance dismissed; must pay $10 fine, $45 fine, and $98 court costs and surcharge.
Joshua Duaine Esau, 721 N. Topeka, Wichita; given six-month controlling sentence in jail on a conviction of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, concurrent with Harvey County, and ordered to pay $250 fine and $98 court costs and surcharge.
