Michael Jon Darrow, 502 S. Freeborn, Marion; preliminary hearing June 6 on charges of criminal trespass, obstruction of official duty, and two counts of battery; arraignment scheduled for July 11.

Benjamin E. Keough, 843 Holly, Peabody; preliminary hearing continued from June 6 to July 11 on charges of possession of marijuana without taxation stamp, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stormy G. Snedecor, 304 S.E. 5th, Newton; failed to appear at preliminary hearing June 6 on charge of obtaining prescription-only drug by fraudulent means; bench warrant issued but held until Aug. 1.

Trenton Duane Vogt, 8028 Vintage Terrace, Claremore, Okla.; waived preliminary hearing June 6 on charges of residential burglary, criminal trespass, and misdemeanor theft; arraignment scheduled for July 16.

Ian Anders Weisbeck, 210 6th St., Durham; waived preliminary hearing June 6 on charge of criminal damage to property; arraignment scheduled for July 16.

Frank James Wilson, 225 W. Ruth, Moundridge; waived preliminary hearing June 6 on charges of non-residential burglary and five counts of misdemeanor theft; arraignment scheduled for July 16. Also waived preliminary hearing in a separate case June 6 on charges of residential burglary, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, two counts of felony theft, and three counts of misdemeanor theft; arraignment scheduled for July 16.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; status hearing June 12 on three counts of mistreatment of a dependant adult and seven counts of misdemeanor theft; motion hearing scheduled for July 2.

Douglas Edward Gable, 616 Topeka, Lincolnville; sentencing continued from June 13 to June 18 then to June 20 on convictions of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Anderson, 105 N. Maple, Peabody; hearing June 18 on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia; plea hearing scheduled for July 2.

Traffic

Thomas L. Likins Jr., 210 S. Exchange, Wichita; diversion status hearing June 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to submit to a preliminary breath test, and failure to maintain a single lane; plea hearing scheduled July 18.

Christopher McQuery, 1412 Pawnee, Marion; diversion agreement filed June 19 on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; defendant must pay $750 fine, $200 diversion fee, $76 court costs, and $22 surcharge, and undergo an evaluation within 30 days and adhere to its recommendations; defendant is forbidden from entering a business that makes its revenue primarily from sale of alcohol; diversion lasts for 12 months; if completed successfully, the charge will be dismissed.

Nicole Alissa Rowley, 202 3rd, Tampa; arraigned June 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting liquor in an open container; defense and prosecution plan to enter diversion agreement; status hearing scheduled for July 18.

Mark Alan Wheeler, 30 Jerome, Marion; first appearance June 20 on charges of speeding (76 mph in a 65 mph zone), driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and failure to maintain a single lane; arraignment scheduled for July 18.

Malik K. Amerson, 2541 N. 9th Apt. 323, Lincoln, Neb.; charge of failure to display driver’s license dismissed June 26; charge of speeding (79 mph in a 65 mph zone) remains.

Marcos Erik Garcia, 4912 S. Tierra Ave., Wichita; first appearance June 20 on charges of speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone), driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked, brake light not working, and transportation of liquor in an open container; arraignment scheduled for July 18.
