Dominiece Lashay Renee Hutton, 240 N. Madison, Wichita; first appearance May 15 on charges of forgery and attempted theft by deception; preliminary hearing set for June 27.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 102 E. Kansas St., Lehigh; court ruled July 2 hair follicle testing admissible against the motion of the prosecution; defendant is charged with three counts of mistreatment of a dependant adult and seven counts of misdemeanor theft.

Mathew Charles Mickey, 313 N. Madison St., Hillsboro; status hearing July 10, jury trial set Oct. 4 on charges of residential burglary, felony theft, and criminal damage to property.

Christopher R. Wilson, 126 Forrest St., Marion; arraignment continued from July 10 to Aug. 14 on charge of disorderly conduct.

Thomas J. Kerchner, 1710 N. Main, Apt. B-2, Newton; hearing continued from July 10 to Sept. 24 on motion to revoke probation.

Mark A. Turner, 307 N. 1st St., Hamilton; preliminary hearing continued from July 11 to Aug. 22 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, transportation of liquor in an open container, and purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Frank James Wilson, 225 W. Ruth St., Moundridge; bench warrant withdrawn July 18, arraignment continued to Aug. 15 on two counts felony theft, residential burglary, three counts misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.

Harley Brammer, 911 S. Santa Fe, Chanute; probation revocation disposition continued from July16 to July 23.

Sharla M. Miller, 222 N. Ash St., Hillsboro; July 16 status hearing; diversion status hearing set for Aug. 6 on charge of criminal damage to property.

Michele R. Dillashaw, 608 S. Cedar St., Marion; July 16 plea hearing continued to Aug. 6 on three counts giving a worthless check and contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation.

Joseph Lee Caudle, 103 Lyndon St., Wilsey; arraigned July 16 on motion to revoke probation; stipulated to violation; probation revoked, sentenced to 14 days in jail and probation reinstated for 12 months.

Daniel V. Catlin, 210 W. 6th St., Florence; first appearance continued from July 6 to July 16 on charge of contributing to a child’s misconduct or deprivation.

Tyler J. Slater, 586 Needle Road, Peabody; Brad Neuenschwander endorsed as additional witness June 20; defendant is charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Robert J. Delk, 1139 Limestone Road, Peabody; diversion status hearing scheduled June 20 for July 18 on charge of driving under the influence.

Luis Joseph Hindman, 200 S. German, Haysville; pleaded no-contest June 20 to charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; given 30-day controlling jail term and six months unsupervised probation; must pay $393.

Victor M. Brook, 5868 Westheimer, No. 313, Houston, Texas; failed to appear at bench trial July 18 on charge of driving with a suspended license; bench warrant issued with $1,500 bond.

Joshua Colin Banks, Building 7649 Appenines Drive, Fort Riley; arraigned July 16; pleaded not guilty to speeding (123 mph in 65 mph zone), driving under the influence, and transporting liquor in an open container; bench trial set for Oct. 9.

Pascual Medina Hernandez, 17311 E. 40th Highway J, Independence, Mo.; arraignment continued from July 18 to Aug. 6 on charges of speeding (76 mph in 65 mph zone) and driving without being licensed.

Tiffany L. Watkins, 1403 N.E. Oakland, Topeka; failed to appear July 18 on charges of speeding (80 mph in 65 mph zone) and driving while license suspended; bench warrant issued with $1,000 bond.

Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X-Ranch Road, Florence; failure to display driver’s license dismissed July 18.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 205 E. Kansas, Lehigh; failed to appear July 18 on charges of driving while suspended and no child restraint system; bench warrant issued with $250 bond.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 603 N. B St., Ramona; first appearance July 18 on charges of driving under the influence and transporting liquor in an open container; arraignment set for Aug. 15.

Ruben Vasquez, 811 Sylvan St., Emporia; first appearance July 18 on charges of driving under the influence and driving while license suspended; arraignment set Aug. 15.
