Eshlman, McPherson; sentenced Nov. 19 on conviction of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); sentenced to controlling 60-day jail term with 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,748.15; ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, submit to drug and alcohol testing, complete 20 hours community service, and obtain and maintain employment; forbidden from entering establishments that receive most of their revenue from alcohol.
Robert C. Lucas, 11919 W. Carr Court, Wichita; pleaded no-contest Dec. 3 to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked dismissed; sentenced to 12 month jail term, concurrent with Department of Corrections term for Sedgwick County case; ordered to pay $483.40.
