Justin Wayne Brasher, 584 Highway 4, Marquette; sentencing continued from April 15 to May 20 on conviction on a charge of non-residential burglary.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 1204½ E. Main St., Apt. 1, Marion; arraignment continued from April 15 to May 20 on charges of domestic battery and two counts battery.

Nikolas Keith France, 2 Greenbrier Court, Half Moon Bay, Calif.; arraignment held April 15 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; diversion status hearing set for May 14.

Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; made first appearance April 17 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for June 12.

Clinton Kidd, 309 C St., Ramona; hearing held March 25 on a charge of domestic battery; plea hearing and scheduling conference set for April 15. Arraigned March 25, waived formal arraignment, pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage and furnishing alcohol to a minor; status hearing and scheduling conference set for April 15. Plea hearing and scheduling conference held April 15; plea hearing and trial setting set for May 6.

Kara Klassen, 208 Harrison, Newton; failed to appear at first appearance April 22 on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property; bench warrant issued with no bond.

Lyle Lee Ledford, 408 W. 7th St., Florence; status hearing held April 10 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; bench trial set for June 24.

Jeffery Lynn Renfro, 1618 E. Tulsa St., Wichita; failed to appear at first appearance April 22 on charges of two counts felony theft; bench warrant issued with $25,000 bond.

Amanda Dawn Rhodes, 113 Broadway, Hope; made first appearance April 22 on a charge of misdemeanor theft; arraignment set for May 6.

Ryan Joel Shrewsbury, 2258 George Washington Drive, Wichita; failed to appear at first appearance April 22 on a charge of misdemeanor theft; bench warrant issued with no bond.

Donna Swafford, 327 W. 24th, No. 11, Newton; failed to appear at arraignment April 15 on a charge of giving a worthless check; bench warrant issued with $500 bond; bench warrant withdrawn April 17.

Arraigned April 22; waived formal arraignment and pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving in violation of license restrictions, circumvention of ignition interlock, and transporting liquor in an open container; pretrial status hearing set for May 15.

Patrick Egan, 123 S. Nickerson, Burns; arraigned April 17; pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; pretrial status hearing set for May 15.

Johnny Clarence Gibson, 1242 Dennis Blvd., Moncks Corner, S.C.; failed to appear at plea hearing April 15 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting liquor in an open container; bench warrant issued with $5,000 bond.

Rita Marie Hood, 906 Denver St., Marion; arraigned April 17; pleaded no contest to a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license in possession; ordered to pay $108.

Deandre Petty, 802 S. Edgemoor, Wichita; made first appearance April 22 on a charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; arraignment set for June 19.
