Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; arraignment on motion to revoke probation continued to July 10.

Kara Klassen, 220 S. Church, Goessel; first appearance May 29 on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property; arraignment June 17.

Andrew Logan Meier, 211 E. Maria, Lehigh; arraigned June 3; pleaded not guilty to residential burglary, felony theft, criminal trespass, and five counts misdemeanor theft; pretrial status hearing July 9.

Robert F. Smyser, 202 W. 5th St., Florence; requirement for $500 attorney fee reimbursement vacated June 3.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 328 N. Locust St., Marion; hearing on motion to revoke probation continued to June 11.

Gary D. Williams, 202 Garfield St., Marion; if mental-state defense will be used, notice is due Aug. 2; motions are due Sept. 6 and responses are due Sept. 16; hearings will be Oct. 24 and 25; the jury trial will begin Nov. 18 on charges of aggravated indecent liberties with child.
