Kara D. Kruse, 127 Forest St., Marion, sentenced Nov. 12 to 12 months supervised probation for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, can become unsupervised after six months, $263.

James B. Williams, 704 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 20 to disorderly conduct, brawling, charge of domestic battery of Derek Scheuerman dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea; sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, domestic violence distinction not placed on case, $203, additional $200 fee to be suspended if probation successfully completed.

Cody L. Fistler, 785 N. Old Mill Rd., Peabody, possession of stolen property between $1,000 and $2,500, a Suzi (sic) motorcycle belonging to Kimbli Evans; not ordered to pay restitution because victim did not fill out impact statement; separate charge of possession of stolen property between $1,000 and $2,500, a Honda Hawk motorcycle belonging to Carrie Neel; not ordered to pay restitution because victim did not fill out impact statement.

Kristopher Michael Wade, 204 E. 2nd St., Newton, criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft, sentenced Oct. 20 to 12 months supervised probation to begin upon release from Harvey County Jail, 20 hours community service, $663.

Amy Marie Donelson, 100 E. 2nd St., Apt 12, Hutchinson, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to giving false alarm, charge of interfering with law enforcement dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, ordered to write an apology to Peabody Police, $383.

Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence, probation revoked Oct. 27, failed to not possess controlled substances, status hearing scheduled for Dec. 22.

Terri Lynn Benson, 1506 S. Spring St., Independence, Missouri, charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia dismissed Oct. 27, costs assessed to the state.

Jean Luc Taylor, 705 E. Elizabeth St., McPherson, probation revoked Nov. 3, failed to remain drug or alcohol free, report as directed, complete outpatient treatment, and obtain full-time employment; disposition hearing was to be Dec. 1.

Doyle Eugene Furrer Jr., 1244 140th Rd., Hillsboro, probation revoked Nov. 3, failed to report as directed, obey all laws, report contact with law enforcement to court services officer within 72 hours, not engage in assaultive activities or violence; disposition hearing was to be Dec. 1. Also pleaded no contest Nov. 3 to battery and criminal damage to property, two other battery charges dismissed, found guilty, sentencing was to be Dec. 1.

Jordan Brundage, 908 N. Maple St., Peabody, ordered Nov. 3 to pay $4,000 in restitution jointly and severally with another defendant in another case.

Kendall D. Hein, 705 Weldon St., Marion, possession of methamphetamines, sentenced Nov. 3 to 12 months supervised probation and 20 hours community service, $218.

Dulce Judith Nevarez, 1314 Highland St., Emporia, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, 12-month diversion agreement entered into, $453, case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Nelson Vanburen Mcalexander Jr., 207 N. Plum, Peabody, disorderly conduct, brawling with Joseph L. Mcalexander, 60-day diversion agreement entered into, 20 hours community service, court costs and diversion fee waived by court, case to be dismissed with prejudice upon completion of agreement.

Karen Margaret Billett, 24 N. Neosho St., Council Grove, driving under the influence and transporting an open container of alcohol, 12-month diversion agreement entered into, 20 hours community service, not to enter liquor stores or possess alcohol, $1,490.50, $250 to go toward community corrections fund, case to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Andrew Logan Meier, 211 E. Maria St., Lehigh, pleaded not guilty Nov. 24 to criminal use of a firearm and criminal trespassing. Pretrial conference was to be Dec. 9.

Derek Hoskinson, 412 S. Main St., Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Nov. 19 to battery of Troy William Seaman and disorderly conduct, brawling, pretrial status hearing was to be Nov. 24, also pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct, brawling in separate case.

Benjamin Kaleb Castleberry, 600 E. Kirkland St., Herington, charges of aggravated tampering with a traffic sign and criminal damage to property amended Dec. 3 to tampering with a traffic signal and criminal damage to property.

Todd E. Portner, 221 W. 5th St., Florence, charge of domestic battery amended Nov. 26 to disorderly conduct, noise violation.
