Douglas Edward Gable, 307 N. Broadway, Herington, pleaded guilty Nov. 18 to attempted felony theft, charge of misdemeanor theft dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentencing scheduled for Jan. 5.

Dustin T. Stucky, 261 County Road 42, Healy, pleaded no contest Nov. 24 to criminal trespassing at 707 Elm St., Peabody, charges of battery and disorderly conduct, brawling, dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, prohibited from contacting Jordan Brundage, $203.

Luis C. Perez, 223 N. Roosevelt St., Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 24 to driving while suspended, charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, found guilty of driving while suspended, sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, $358.

Cary W. Leonard, 707 Elm St., Peabody, probation revoked Nov. 24, failed to notify court services officer before changing address, employer, or phone number, sentenced to 10 days in sheriff custody, probation to be reinstated after four days served for 12 months, stay to be ordered on remaining six days.

Nancy D. Garcia, 613 N. Main St., Florence, probation revoked Nov. 24, failed to submit random blood, urine, or breath test at request of court services officer, failed to serve 48 hours in sheriff custody for each drug test failure or refusal, or admission of drug use, must complete outpatient treatment, serve five days in sheriff custody, probation to be reinstated for 12 months thereafter.

Kyle Fistler, 705 W. 8th St., Lot D, Peabody, charges of attempted felony theft, possession of stolen property, and interference with law enforcement, amended Nov. 24 to misdemeanor theft possession of stolen property and interference with law enforcement.

Caleb M. Kidd, 102 Southeast Railway Ave., Woodbine, pleaded no contest Nov. 24 to criminal use of a financial card, belonging to Randall Chaffee of Randy’s Marine Service, for less than $1,000, found guilty, sentenced to six months supervised probation,$313, ordered to pay $322 restitution to Capital One.

Brandon Alan Hayes, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, charged with aggravated child endangerment, and possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia, ordered police to produce tapes pertaining to case Dec. 10.

Christine D. Flaming, 924 N. Chisholm Trail Rd., Newton, charge of cashing a worthless check dismissed Dec. 9.
