Colby Dale Allmond, 708 W. 7th St., Peabody, pleaded not guilty May 4 to aggravated assault, criminal restraint, domestic battery, and possession of alcohol by a minor.

Brandon Hayes, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, May 18, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamines; sentenced 12 months’ supervised probation, fined $958.

James Andrew Woods Sr., 1529 150th Rd., Eureka, pleaded not guilty May 4 to charge of felony theft.

Marcus Devore, 1615 Cherry St., Winfield, pleaded guilty May 4 to criminal trespass, $158, sentence suspended pending, status hearing scheduled for Nov. 2.

Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence, probation terminated May 12, sentenced to 150 days in jail.

Gary Wayne Tomlinson, 133 N. Freeborn, Marion, May 13, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxicants, sentencing scheduled for July 15.

Patrick Egan, 123 Nickerson St., Burns, pleaded no contest to interference with law enforcement; fined $263, and sentenced May 13 to 12 months supervised probation and 10 hours community service.

Michael E. Richmond, 210 W. 10th St., Florence, battery of Dorothy D. Engle and criminal restraint, sentenced May 18 to 12 months’ supervised probation, fined $255, not permitted contact with Engel.

Erminio M. Guerrero Jr., 209 Church St., Goessel, two counts of criminal restraint and two of assault, sentenced May 20 to 12 months’ supervised probation, fined $663, ordered to have no contact with victims Sonia Schmidt and Thad Hannibal.

Andrew Michael Schaefer, no address given in court documents, pleaded no contest May 4 to attempted deprivation of a motor vehicle.

Debbie J. Orcutt, 907 N. Locust St., Peabody, possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamines without a taxation stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia; charges amended June 5 to possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Miler, 705 W 8th St, Lot D, Peabody, dismissed May 26 without prejudice; defendant ordered to pay court costs.

Joyce E. Loomis, 413 S. 4th St., Marion, pleaded not guilty May 13 to domestic battery.
