Kristina Steiner, 126 W. Santa Fe St., Marion; sentenced July 22 to 12 months supervised probation for counts of possession of methamphetamine and battery; sentenced to 10 hours a week of community service until gainfully employed; to pay fees totaling $563; community service work worth $7 per hour toward fee payments.

Wayne A. Kenel, 803 Prospect Ave., Lehigh; sentenced Aug. 4 to 12 months supervised probation.

Todd M. Cortner, 900 W. Fifth St., Florence; charges of possession of an illegal depressant and of driving without insurance dismissed Aug. 4; pleaded no contest to charges of driving while suspended and driving with expired registration; assessed fines totaling $683, to be paid within 90 days, given a controlling sentence of 30 days.

Henry John William Wiebe, 411 S. Vine St., Peabody; pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to possession of drug paraphernalia, charge of possession of marijuana dismissed, sentencing set for Aug. 20.

Ronald Edwin Rainey, 125 ½ E. Main St. Apt 3, Marion; probation revoked Aug. 7.

Nancy D. Garcia, 413 S. Fourth St., Marion; convicted of disorderly conduct, sentenced to six months supervised probation, to be served concurrently to a separate charge; assessed fines totaling $363; to pay $5 restitution to La Hacienda Restaurant for alleged stolen goods.
