Holli Ann Kelle, 28, Caldwell, was formally charged Dec. 27 with distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kody Wade Bacon, 21, Caldwell, was formally charged Dec. 27 with distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A charge of criminal possession of a firearm against Andrew Logan Meier, 23, Lehigh, was amended Dec. 13 to disorderly conduct.

Skye A. Bailey, 42, Marion, pleaded not guilty Nov. 27 to giving a worthless check.

Nancy Garcia, 42, Marion, pleaded no contest Dec. 18 to charges of battery and criminal deprivation of a firearm. Charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property were dismissed.

Todd Michael Beneke, 33, Marion, entered a plea agreement Dec. 20 on a charge of criminal possession of a firearm. Charges of possession of stolen property, fleeing from law enforcement, and criminal discharge of a firearm were dismissed.

Steve A. Kahn, 58, Hillsboro, was bound over Dec. 20 on five counts of sexual exploitation of a child and five counts of promoting obscenity to minors. The charges stem from allegedly sending pornographic images by phone to a former Hillsboro girl in November 2016.
