Anthony D. Herpich, 19, Salina, was formally charged Feb. 5 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Thomas R. English Jr., 19, Hillsboro, was formally charged Feb. 7 with possession of marijuana.

Seth J. Swedorski, 20, Hillsboro, was formally charged Feb. 7 with possession of marijuana.

Dasan Z. Wallace, 19, Salina, was formally charged Feb 7 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard T. Litton was formally charged Feb. 8 with criminal possession of a firearm, interference with law enforcement, battery of a law enforcement officer, endangering a child, battery, and disorderly conduct.

Jessica Blackburn, 35, Lehigh, was formally charged Jan. 29 with domestic battery.

Andrew Logan Meier pleaded guilty Jan. 22 to criminal possession of a firearm and probation violation. Sentencing will be later.

Gregory L. Fillmore was sentenced Jan. 22 to 24 months’ probation for three counts of stalking. He was ordered to pay $189.69 restitution, $193 court costs, $200 DNA fee, $120 supervision fee, and $45 booking fee.

Nancy Garcia was sentenced Jan. 22 to 20 days in jail for battery.

A charge of domestic battery earlier filed against Donald Dean Hokanson was dismissed Jan. 23. He was sentenced on the same day to 12 months’ probation for disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $300 attorney fees.

Trial for Jerry Thouvenell, charged with 12 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14 was rescheduled Jan. 31 to June 11 instead of Feb. 20.
