Colton T. Gann, 30, Hillsboro, was formally charged Sept. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, and improper movements and required signal while driving.

Johnny A. Dolph 45, Florence, was formally charged Sept. 25 with criminal threat and domestic battery.

John Joseph Hicks Jr., 31, Hillsboro, was formally charged Sept. 26 with possession of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a firearm, defacing identification marks on a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sharla M. Miller was formally charged Sept. 27 with interference with law enforcement.

Jacob Daniel Lenz, 22, Peabody, was sentenced May 22 to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $263 costs and fees.

Jamie Irene Stumpf, 22, Shakopee, Minnesota, entered a diversion agreement June 18 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She agreed to pay $408 costs and fees and serve 30 hours community service.

Marcus Jamal Butler, 24, Emporia, was sentenced June 7 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $658 costs and fees for criminal possession of a firearm.

Matthew Kenneth Kangas, 33, Peabody, was sentenced May 22 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $658 costs and fees for criminal possession of a firearm.

Daisyanna Latisha Mitchell, 25, Wichita, pleaded guilty Aug. 8 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to six months’ probation.

Patric Gary Patterson, 20, Wichita, was sentenced Aug. 14 to a year’s community correction for criminal damage to property and ordered to pay $3,649.07 restitution and costs. In a separate case, he was sentenced to six months’ probation to be served consecutive to community corrections for trespass and ordered to pay $303 in costs and fees.

Matthew Firmin Aubert’s diversion agreement for possession of drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container of alcohol was terminated Aug. 27.

A charge of criminal trespass earlier filed against Brittney S. Guerraro was dismissed without prejudice Aug. 27.
