John Leroy Loomis was sentenced Oct. 22 to 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation for driving under the influence. He was ordered to pay $158 court costs, $750 fine, and $60 probation fee.

Rodney Hayes was sentenced Oct. 22 to a year’s probation for disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $158 court costs and $100 attorney fee.

Emily S. Caldwell pleaded no contest to endangering a child Nov. 5. Charges of domestic battery and attempted felony theft were dismissed.

Luis C. Perez pleaded no contest to criminal restraint and endangering a child Nov. 5. Charges of burglary, domestic battery, and theft were dismissed. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Christopher Alan Weeks pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Nov. 5 and was sentenced to a year’s probation. A charge of possession of hydrocodone was dismissed.

John Joseph Hicks pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine Nov. 5. Charges of criminal possession of a firearm, defacing identification marks on a firearm, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed. Sentencing will be Jan. 3.

Tim Alan Ballew was bound over for trial on a charge of cultivation of marijuana Nov. 7.

Harvey Johnson was bound over for trial on a charge of felony theft of services Nov. 7.
