Samantha A. Adkins formally was charged Oct. 19 with two counts of forgery and two counts of theft. In a separate case filed the same day, she was charged with forgery and theft.

Anna M. Baugh was sentenced Oct. 13 to one year’s community corrections for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence with a child in the car.

Kevin D. Bernhardt was sentenced Oct. 13 to a year’s community corrections for endangerment, battery, and domestic battery and ordered to pay $1,122.79 in courts costs and restitution. On the same day he was sentenced to a year’s probation for driving under the influence and ordered to pay $3,008 court costs and fees.

Ashley C. Bottiger pleaded no contest Oct. 15 to operating a vehicle without a valid license.

Kenneth R. Glenn formally was charged Oct. 19 with giving a worthless check.

Christina R. Greany formally was charged Oct. 19 with forgery and theft. In a separate case filed the same day, she was charged with forgery and theft.

Matthew C. Hewitt’s probation was revoked Sept. 28

David L. Horton was sentenced Sept. 28 to six months’ probation for assault and ordered to pay $563.

A charge of possession of marijuana earlier filed against Sherry L. King was dismissed Sept. 9.

Pamela M. Maag was convicted Oct. 13 of issuing a bad check and sentenced to six months’ probation. She was ordered to pay $921.98 court costs and restitution.

Belinda S. Robinson was sentenced Sept. 28 to a year’s probation for giving a worthless check and ordered to pay $1,701.42 in restitution and court costs.

Julio C. Viscera was sentenced Oct. 13 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $318 court costs and fees for interference with law enforcement. Restitution will be decided later.
