Ignacio Acevedo, Jr. formally was charged Nov. 13 with domestic battery.

Sharee N. Bradley was sentenced Nov. 2 to 18 months’ drug treatment supervised by community corrections. She was ordered to pay $565. On the same day, in a separated case, she pleaded no contest to two counts of battery and endangerment of a child.

Carol S. Brewer pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to unlawful acts concerning computers and felony theft. Sentencing will be later.

Erick L. Campbell was sentenced Nov. 4 to a year’s probation for domestic battery. He was ordered to pay $363.

Berretta Janzen pleaded no contest Nov. 2 to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license canceled or revoked. He was sentenced to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $318. On the same day, his probation for three counts of domestic battery and criminal threat was revoked Nov. 2 and he was ordered to serve a year’s probation.

Kevin L. Lemon formally was charged Nov. 13 with aggravated assault.

Forrest C. Maris pleaded no contest Nov. 9 to violation of a protection order and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263.

Mitchell W. McMillen pleaded no contest Nov. 2 to two counts of aggravated assault and battery. Sentencing will be later.

John A. Ottensmeier pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sentencing will be later.

Christopher J. Regier was sentenced Nov. 2 to 2 days in jail, followed by a year’s probation and ordered to pay $305.

Christopher A. Schafer pleaded no contest Nov. 2 to violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Sentencing will be at a later date. In a separate case, charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property were dismissed.

Nathan D. Schafer entered a diversion agreement Nov. 10 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Under the terms of the agreement, he is to pay $478 and complete alcohol and drug treatment.

Christina M. Servantes pleaded no contest Nov. 4 to driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, no proof of insurance, and registration not valid. She was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $558.

Ray D. Smith pleaded no contest Nov. 2 to aggravated assault and criminal threat and was sentenced to 32 month in prison. He was ordered to pay $193.
