Ashley N. Campbell was sentenced April 5 to serve 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation, plus pay $1,318 for driving under the influence. On the same day she was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $334 for domestic battery.

Eddie A. Eaves pleaded no contest March 26 to violation of a protection order.

Justin J. Hall formally was charged April 15 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, and stop sign violation.

Justice L. R. Johnson formally was charged April 14 with theft.

Mark E. Sattler pleaded no contest April 12 to two counts of criminal threat. Dismissed were charges of aggravated burglary, conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary, and kidnapping.

A bench warrant was issued March 5 for David D. Solomon after he failed to appear in court for arraignment.
