A charge of desecration of a cemetery earlier filed against Stanley C. Ammeter was dismissed June 15. Ammeter was ordered to pay costs of the case and $150 restitution to Summit Cemetery.

Jacob W. Barger pleaded no contest June 7 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges of contributing to a child’s misconduct and possession of marijuana without a drug tax stamp were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for July 13.

Justin L. Chrisjohn formally was charged June 17 with aggravated domestic battery.

Jacob A. Gentzler formally was charged June 17 with domestic battery.

Christina R. Greany was sentenced June 7 to 12 months’ probation for possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay $665. In two additional cases, she was sentenced to a year’s probation for criminal trespass and ordered to pay $205; and 18 months’ probation for forgery and ordered to pay 846.63. All sentences are to run concurrent.

Joseph W. Heubach pleaded no contest June 7 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

A bench warrant was issued for Richard D. Hill June 8 when he failed to appear in court.

In two separate cases, Clayton T. Lingenfelter was charged June 16 with possession of stolen property and criminal trespass.

Michael E. Richmond pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct June 7 and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $203.

Christian F. Ward pleaded no contest May 5 to battery and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation.

Eric A. Wilcynski was convicted May 24 of misdemeanor theft.
