Doug G. Copenhaver pleaded no contest July 13 to felony theft.

Eddie Jo Farner was convicted June 16 of driving with no insurance. She was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $408. A charge of driving while her license was canceled was dismissed.

Justice Leon Roy Johnson was sentenced Aug. 10 to a year’s probation for theft. In a separate case, he was sentenced to a year’s concurrent probation for criminal damage to property. He was ordered to pay $3,536.

John D. Harding formally was charged Aug. 24 with criminal damage to property.

Donald J. Miller was sentenced Aug. 11 to up to 18 months’ drug treatment for possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay $1,058.

Donald L. Moloney pleaded no contest July 13 to driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $363.

Nathaniel J. Pough pleaded no contest July 13 of possession of Xanax with the intent to sell it, unlawful distribution of certain drug precursors, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 14.

Samuel Isaac Reffett pleaded no contest July 13 to driving under the influence after two previous convictions and circumvention of an ignition interlock device. Charges of driving without proof of insurance, driving in violation of restrictions, driving without valid registration, driving without stop lights and turn signals, driving with a defective mirror, and driving a motorcycle with no tail lamps were dismissed. Sentencing will be at a later date.

Dustin D. Rodgers pleaded no contest July 26 to driving under the influence after three previous convictions and circumvention of an ignition interlock device. Charges of transporting an open container of alcohol, possession of marijuana, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked were dismissed. Charges of driving while his license was suspended, canceled, or revoked, having no proof of insurance, and speeding filed in a different case also were dismissed.

Adrian C. Smurr was sentenced Aug. 10 to up to 18 months drug treatment for possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay $1,013.

Lonny R. Teichmann pleaded no contest July 13 to distribution or possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine. Charges of possession of THC, interference with law enforcement, driving while his license was suspended, speeding, possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked, failure to wear a seat belt, and failure to give notice of change of address in six other cases filed against him were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.
