Nichole Cimorelli pleaded no contest Oct. 4 to criminal damage to property and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $323. A charge of theft was dismissed.

John Harding was sentenced Sept. 22 to 24 months in prison for attempted criminal sodomy and attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child. On the same day, a charge of criminal damage to property filed in a separate case was dismissed.

Jordan M. Nowak formally was charged Saturday with aggravated burglary and theft. According to court documents, Nowak entered the residence of Randy Eitzen while the home was occupied and stole a laptop computer.

A bench warrant was issued Oct. 4 for Eric J. Williams after he failed to appear in court for sentencing.
