Brianna R. Bozarth formally was charged Jan. 19 with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, having no proof of insurance, transportation of liquor in an open container, driving without valid registration, and speeding.

Daven A. Girard formally was charged Jan. 19 with domestic battery.

Almeda G. Giroux pleaded no contest Jan. 11 to possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of marijuana and driving without head lamps were dismissed.

Terri Tucker filed an appeal of a Peabody citation demanding that she pay $265 for dogs at large, dogs without proof of vaccination, and dogs with no city tags.
