James V. Boese entered a plea agreement March 1, pleading no contest to rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. As part of the agreement, three counts of aggravated criminal sodomy with a child and interference with law enforcement were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

Thomas C. Dewitt pleaded no contest Feb. 28 to driving under the influence. A charge of transporting an open container of alcohol was dismissed.

Kai J. Gray entered a 12-month diversion agreement Feb. 8 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and of not having working stop lamps and turn signals.

Braeden A. Hayes pleaded no contest Feb. 16 to driving under the influence. Sentencing will be at a later date. Charges of driving while his license was suspended, transporting an open container of alcohol, and speeding were dismissed.

Bryttnii M. Johnson formally was charged March 4 with domestic battery.

Charges of interference with law enforcement and domestic violence earlier filed against Richard T. Litton were dismissed Feb. 28.

Ashley B. Loomis was sentenced Feb. 28 to 4 years’ probation for burglary and theft and ordered to pay $6,080.

A charge of driving in violation of restrictions earlier filed against Dylan Radke was dismissed Feb. 28.

Christopher M. Troy pleaded no contest Feb. 24 to three counts of theft and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay $1,791.91.

Kyle M. Tully formally was charged March 4 with domestic battery and interference with law enforcement.
