Ardell P. Jones formally was charged April 5 with distribution of heroin and methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of THC.
Michael B. Nelson formally was charged May 5 with domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and battery.
Bruce W. Richardson pleaded no contest March 16 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, interference with law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Lane D. Smith was sentenced March 3 to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $203 for failure to report an accident.
Arturo Velazquez was ordered March 3 to pay $227 for speeding. A charge of driving without a valid license was dismissed.
