Tara L. Bedore was sentenced April 12 to five days in jail, part of which may be served as house arrest with an ankle monitor, followed by a year’s probation. She also was ordered to pay $1,465 for driving under the influence.

Shannon Denardi formally was charged Monday with mistreatment of a dependent adult. The charge is the same as one that was filed July 15 but dismissed without prejudice Feb. 17.

Tanner L. Jasper pleaded no contest March 21 to criminal trespass and misdemeanor theft and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $460. The pleas were in two different cases.

Keely M. Slane formally was charged April 28 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and driving left of center.

Tyler A .Craft formally was charged May 2 with criminal damage to property and domestic battery. On April 25, an arrest warrant was filed in a separate domestic battery case, filed March 25, because he allegedly violated terms of his bond in that case. He was released on his own recognizance Tuesday because a Cowley County deputy was en route to pick him up on an arrest warrant for violation of probation in a Cowley County domestic battery case.

Bryan D. Higgins formally was charged May 2 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Elizabeth M. Mitchell pleaded no contest April 12 to criminal restraint. A charge of domestic battery was dismissed.

Ephraim Palacio formally was charged May 2 with distribution or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, aggravated endangerment of a child, two counts of possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Midhat Sulejmani pleaded no contest March 16 to speeding and was ordered to pay $189. A charge of driving without a valid driver’s license was dismissed.

Jordan J. Woolsey formally was charged Monday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor.
