Zach S. Dvorak pleaded no contest May 4 to driving under the influence, two counts of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, interference with law enforcement, driving with invalid registration, assault, and three counts of battery against a law enforcement officer. Dismissed were charges of criminal damage to property and interference with law enforcement. He agreed to pay Marion Police Department $2,310.26 for damage to a patrol car during his arrest. The charges were filed in three cases against Dvorak. Sentencing is scheduled for June 6.
Tory R. Elkins formally was charged May 11 with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, morphine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
April N. Fore formally was charged Friday with residential burglary, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.
Nicholas S. Hoffner formally ws charged May 11 with domestic battery and criminal deprivation of property.
Ashley Loomis pleaded no contest May 4 to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentencing is scheduled for June 1. On the same day, she pleaded no contest to possession of stolen property. Charges of possession of methamphetamine were dismissed.
Michael E. Richmond formally was charged May 11 with criminal damage to property and trespass.
Eric J. Williams formally was charged Friday with residential burglary, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.
