Elizabeth M. Mitchell was sentenced June 27 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263 for domestic battery and criminal restraint. She may perform community service to pay her court costs. She is ordered to sign releases for therapy. Her probation may be transferred to the county where she lives.

Damarius M. Peterson pleaded no contest June 27 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was ordered to serve a year’s probation and pay $263. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Stevan E. Schafers formally was charged Friday with aggravated assault. Lawyer Christopher Ambrose was appointed to represent him.

Melissa L. Waubanascum formally was charged July 13 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and improper movements and required signaling.
