Matthew Fay was sentenced Oct. 11 to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $118 for battery.

Paige Garcia formally was charged Monday with criminal trespass.

Kevin Geren, 60, Marion, formally was charged Oct. 17 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.

Dustin J. Luchi, 43, Marion, formally was charged Thursday with making a criminal threat.

Jesse L. Mashall, 42, Wichita, formally was charged Friday with aggravated burglary of a dwelling, aggravated battery, making a criminal threat, interference with law enforcement, battery against a law enforcement officer, and criminal damage to property. He also was formally charged Monday with criminal trespass.

Pedro D. Martinez, 44, Sedgwick, was sentenced Oct. 11 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $458 for possession of methamphetamine.

Bryce A. Naerebout, 24, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Oct. 11 to driving under the influence and was sentenced to serve five days in jail. Charges of possession of a firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, boating under the influence, and having no life jacket were dismissed.

Brenda S. Phillips, 64, Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 11 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Jeffrey R. V. Prafke, 41, Wichita, formally was charged Oct. 17 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; driving while his license was canceled suspended, or revoked; and having no proof of insurance.

Joshua J. Smalley, 38, Florence, formally was charged Monday with criminal trespass.
