Amanda K. Adam, 34, McPherson, formally was charged Dec. 6 with possession of Xanax and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Shannon L. Albright, 32, Goessel, was sentenced Nov. 28 to 19 months in prison for possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Traci A. Chizek formally was charged Friday with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Dylan J. Cochran formally was charged Dec. 6 with unlawful acts concerning a computer and theft.

Casey R. Francis, 42, Marion, formally was charged Dec. 6 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Brian W. Hiebert formally was charged Friday with theft.

Kristopher L. Kienzle, 47, Red Oak, Texas, formally was charged Dec. 6 with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property.

Delton Kirk, 31, Wichita, pleaded no contest Nov. 16 to driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and was sentenced to serve five days in jail and pay $353. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Cecil W.R. Rodman, 22, Hominy, Oklahoma, formally was charged Dec. 5 with sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 14.

Neftali Roman was sentenced Nov. 28 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $858 for driving under the influence.
