Cade M. Alleven, 21, Marion, formally was charged June 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

A charge of driving without valid registration filed against Bonnie J. Darwin was dismissed June 26.

A bench warrant was issued June 29 for Jordan L. Fryhover, 25, Hillsboro, after he failed to appear in court.

Michael A. Henderson, 20, Junction City, was sentenced June 22 to 36 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $666 for possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute.

Brandon L. Klenda, 37, Lincolnville, pleaded no contest June 21 to fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer. Charges of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and driving with no proof of insurance were dismissed.

Johanna R. Latham, 18, Lehigh, formally was charged July 3 with domestic battery.

A charge of transportation of liquor in an open container filed against Ronnie P. LeBlank was dismissed June 21.

A charge of domestic battery filed Dec. 27 against Eric S. Lilak, 43, Lindsborg, was dismissed June 14.

Jesse L. Marshall, 43, Wichita, pleaded no contest June 29 to attempted residential burglary, criminal threat, and interference with law enforcement. Charges of aggravated battery, battery on a law enforcement officer, criminal trespass, and criminal damage to property were dismissed.

A bench warrant was issued June 21 for Michael D. McCullough, 20, Wichita, after he failed to appear in court.

A bench warrant was issued June 22 for Amanda J. Stanley, 30, El Dorado, after she failed to appear in court.

A bench warrant was issued June 14 for Christopher M. Troy, 34, Leonardville, after he failed to appear in court.

Kimberly Vanderzanden, 22, Emporia, pleaded no contest June 21 to two counts of possession of methamphetamine and endangering a child. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana were dismissed.

Tena M. Waner pleaded no contest June 21 to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Charges of transportation of liquor in an open bottle and driving left of center were dismissed. She was sentenced to 48 hours in Wichita Intervention Program followed by three days of house arrest with an ankle bracelet, then 12 months’ probation.
