Christopher C. Hammond, 27, Marion, formally was charged Aug. 10 with criminal damage to property. He is accused of damaging two walls at a residence and a window in a vehicle, with damage more than $1,000 and less than $25,000.

Makayla N. Siegrist, 22, Indianapolis, was sentenced Aug. 8 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $958 for possession of cocaine and distribution or intent to distribute drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued Aug. 8 for Dustin D. Rodgers, 48, Newton, for failure to appear for a preliminary examination on charges of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
