Michael J. Darrow, 38, Marion, formally was charged Aug. 25 with making a criminal threat and possession of marijuana.

William C. Dine, 44, Marion, pleaded no contest Aug. 7 to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and was sentenced to a year’s supervised probation and ordered to pay $268.

A bench warrant was issued Aug. 8 for Kordell L. Harding, 29, Madison, after he failed to appear in court.

Jacob P. Howard, 32, Newton, pleaded no contest Aug. 7 to possession of drug paraphernalia to and was ordered to pay $530.40. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.

Jeromy D. James, 43, Marion, was ordered July 11 to pay $1,500 to Janice Davis because James did not repay her the bond she paid on his behalf.

Juan L. Harding formally was charged Aug. 18 with criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

Bell-One S.L. Meyer, 28, Wichita, formally was charged Aug. 23 with distribution of methamphetamine, possession of a stolen vehicle, fleeing police in a stolen vehicle, interference with law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melissa A. Ramsey, 49, Florence, formally was charged Aug. 23 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Makayla N. Siegrist, 23, Indianapolis, was sentenced Aug. 7 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $958 for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
