Michael J. Darrow, 38, Marion, formally was charged Aug. 25 with making a criminal threat and possession of marijuana.

William C. Dine, 44, Marion, pleaded no contest Aug. 7 to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and was sentenced to a year’s supervised probation and ordered to pay $268.

A bench warrant was issued Aug. 8 for Kordell L. Harding, 29, Madison, after he failed to appear in court.

Melissa A. Ramsey, 49, Florence, formally was charged Aug. 23 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Makayla N. Siegrist, 23, Indianapolis, was sentenced Aug. 7 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $958 for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
