A bench warrant was issued Aug. 15 for Bradley A. Davidson, 49, Wichita, after he failed to appear in court.

William J. Eichem pleaded no contest July 19 to driving while his license was suspended, cancelled or revoked and having no proof of insurance. He was ordered to pay $2,013.

A bench warrant was issued Aug. 11 for Chance D. Johnson, 20, Lyons, for failure to appear in court.

Patricia L. Miller, 42, Topeka, was sentenced July 17 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $313 for possession of methamphetamine.

Brandon S. Smith, 31, Hutchinson, pleaded no contest Aug. 16 to battery against a law enforcement officer and criminal damage to property. He was ordered to pay $323.

Nicholas D. Waner, 34, Marion, formally was charged Aug. 29 with domestic battery.
