Joseph A. Biehler, 33, Herington, was sentenced Aug. 21 to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $313 for nonresidential burglary.

Tayten S.T. Edenfield formally was charged Sept. 8 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Korbyn J. Green formally was charged Sept. 8 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Seth J. Krch formally was charged Sept. 5 with theft and underage possession or consumption of alcohol.

Jesse L. Marshall, 43, Wichita, pleaded no contest Aug. 8 to attempted residential burglary and making a criminal threat. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $668.

Peggy L. Rush entered a one-year diversion agreement Aug. 18 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. She was ordered to pay $1,028.

A charge of driving while his license was suspended, canceled, or revoked, filed June 16 against Joshua E. Rhea, 28, Moundridge, was dismissed Aug. 15.
