Online records of Kansas court filings remain unavailable after the system was attacked. These records were gathered by going to the Marion County district court clerk’s office.

Zachery M. Burwell, 26, Salina, entered a plea agreement Dec. 11 in two cases. He pleaded no contest to violation of a protective order and admitted allegations in a second case of attempted aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer.

Holly R. Hamm, 40, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 3 with three counts of vehicle burglary and three counts of criminal trespassing.

Donald D. Hokanson, 40, Topeka, formally was charged Nov. 20 with violation of a protection order.

Lindsey E. Marshall, 48, Peabody, formally was charged Nov. 20 with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

William E. Nichols, 43, Marion, formally was charged Oct. 30 with violation of offender registration.

Luis C. Perez, 33, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 22 with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Tyler M. Regier, 30, Salina, formally was charged Oct. 19 with possession of marijuana, mushrooms, and drug paraphernalia.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 2 with domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and underage consumption of alcohol.

Tracy D. Resley formally was charged Nov. 22 with criminal trespassing and criminal damage to property.

Amanda R. Rutherford, 44, Hope, formally was charged Oct. 30 with theft.

Dalton A. Weir formally was charged Nov. 22 with battery.
