Online records of Kansas court filings remain unavailable after the system was attacked. These records were gathered by going to the Marion County district court clerk’s office.

Jason D. Bass, 44, Douglass, was sentenced Dec. 13 to 60 days in jail plus 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $413 for possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp, driving while his license was suspended or revoked, and speeding.

Hayden C. Blevins, 22, Marion, was sentenced Nov. 27 to six months’ probation for theft in two different cases. Dismissed were charges of aggravated assault, battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.

Charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and speeding filed June 26 against Tayten S. T. Edenfield, 19, Andover, were dismissed Nov. 20.

Dewey Frisbee was sentenced Oct. 23 to six months’ probation for interference with law enforcement.

Johannah R. Latham, 19, Lehigh, was sentenced Dec. 4 to a year’s probation for domestic battery. Three additional charges of domestic battery in three different cases were dismissed.

Charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia and speeding filed June 26 against Corbin D. Marple were dismissed Nov. 20.
