Eric Armstrong, 49, Auburn, Nebraska, pleaded no contest Nov. 14 to possession of a controlled substance.
Paul F. Baatrup, 23, Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 20 to violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 5.
Jazzmone B. Carter, 27, Wichita, pleaded no contest Oct. 11 to possession of marijuana with intent to sell. She was sentenced Dec. 1 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $1,058.
Michael J. Darrow, 39, Marion, pleaded guilty Oct. 16 to possession of marijuana and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263.
Kevin W. Geren, 62, Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 1 to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $323. In a separate case, he was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $358 for possession of methamphetamine. Sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
Kelsie Glenn pleaded no contest Oct. 10 to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $60.
Korbyn J. Green, 20, Tulsa, Oklahoma, entered a year’s diversion agreement Jan. 18 on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay $328.
Calvin W. Lee, 50, Lost Springs, pleaded no contest Oct. 18 to domestic battery and violation of a restraining order. Dismissed was a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,
Courtney J. Lewis, 36, St. Louis, pleaded no contest Oct. 18 to possession of drug paraphernalia and was given a suspended sentence of 30 days in jail and ordered to pay $403. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and marijuana were dismissed.
Juan L. Loredo-Santana entered a year’s diversion agreement Nov. 17 on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. He agreed to pay $723 in costs and fees, perform 45 hours of community service, and complete drug and alcohol and domestic violence counseling.
Christopher McBride pleaded no contest Oct. 30 to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 90 days’ probation and ordered to pay $203.
Christopher M. Thomas, 25, Junction City, pleaded guilty July 24 to distribution of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute. He was sentenced 11 months in prison and ordered to pay $400.
