James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, formally was charged Jan. 22 with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, transportation of liquor in an open container, driving with no proof of insurance, speeding, and driving with defective headlamps.

Zoee M. Stochl entered a diversion agreement Oct. 10 on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and was ordered to pay $1,441 and serve 30 days’ community service.

Amy D. Stutzman, 50, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 25 with child abuse.

Nathaniel D. Troyer, 32, Lincolnville, formally was charged Jan. 23 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
