Charges of driving without a valid license and registration filed against Samuel J. Fasnacht were dismissed Oct. 18.

Tashayla L. Gross was fined $258 Sept. 20 for speeding.

Mary J. Gonzalez was found guilty of speeding Sept. 20 and ordered to pay $930.

Charles R. Luchi, 70, Marion, was sentenced Dec. 19 to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $313 for possession of methamphetamine and interference with law enforcement.

Jamey E. Luna formally was charged Jan. 23 with domestic battery.

Christopher McBride pleaded no contest Oct. 30 to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 90 days’ probation.

Travis R. L. McWilliam was sentenced Sept. 20 to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $108 for driving while his license was revoked.

Christian Martinez was found guilty of speeding Sept. 20 and ordered to pay $414.

Bernardo L. Mendoza was ordered Sept. 19 to pay $416 for driving without a valid license.

Lillia V. Orozco formally was charged Jan. 18 with giving a worthless check.

Cheryl Potts was fined $183 Sept. 20 for speeding.

James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, formally was charged Jan. 22 with driving while under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, transportation of liquor in an open container, driving with no proof of insurance, speeding, and driving with defective headlamps.

Zoee M. Stochl entered a diversion agreement Oct. 10 on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and was ordered to pay $1,441 and serve 30 days’ community service.

Amy D. Stutzman, 50, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 25 with child abuse.

Nathaniel D. Troyer, 32, Lincolnville, formally was charged Jan. 23 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
