Sebastian J. L. Carranza, 22, Hillsboro, formally was charged July 8 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement.
Tredessa J. Donnell, 43, Columbia, Missouri, was sentenced June 12 to 13 months in prison and ordered to pay $293 for criminal possession of a firearm.
William A. Dykens, 37, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest May 15 to rape and two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy of a minor. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
Kelcie R. Harris, 28, El Dorado, was ordered May 13 to pay $635.50 for driving without a valid driver’s license. A charge of driving with no proof of insurance was dismissed.
Robin J. Hays, 45, Florence, formally was charged July 9 with possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, alprazolam, and drug paraphernalia.
Brian W. Hiebert, 28, Hillsboro, formally was charged July 10 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was suspended.
Nicholas S. Hoffner, 32, Durham, pleaded no contest June 11 to possession of methamphetamine and violation of a protective order. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, criminal disposal of explosives, and transporting an open container of alcohol were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, pleaded no contest June 12 to possession of methamphetamine, three counts of endangering a child, and driving under the influence. Charges of making a criminal threat, criminal damage to property, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, purchase of tobacco for a minor, excessive tint, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to stop at an accident, failure to display evidence of insurance, speeding, and having defective headlights were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 14.
Dalton A. Weir made a diversion agreement June 7 on a charge of battery. He is to pay $528 and get a mental health evaluation.
