Robert E. Billsten, 56, Hillsboro, was sentenced Feb. 10 to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $363 for possession of methamphetamine.

Tory R. Elkins, 44, Oswego, was sentenced Feb. 3 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $120 for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Kordell L. Harding, 31, Madison, was sentenced Feb. 3 to pay $5,116.46 for possession of stolen property.

Hunter A. Kline, 29, Hillsboro, formally was charged Feb. 14 with making a criminal threat and disorderly conduct.

Karlie R. Wiser, 45, Kansas City, Missouri, was sentenced Feb. 3 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $313 for possession of methamphetamine.

James Wullenweber, 42, Hillsboro, was sentenced Feb. 10 to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $343 for battery and two counts of endangerment.
