Jeremy Banker, 59, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

Jessica L. Billinger, 45, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

Tammy Jouanna Bremer, 55, Florence, formally was charged Friday with 10 counts of cruelty to animals.

Darris L. Brown, 41, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with aggravated battery or, in the alternative, aggravated domestic battery; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; criminal possession of a weapon by a felon; and criminal restraint.

Jouanna Star Cain, 33, Florence, formally was charged Friday with 10 counts of cruelty to an animal.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 30, Marion, pleaded no contest March 10 to aggravated battery.

Robin J. Hays, 46, Florence, was sentenced Feb. 24 to pay $295 restitution to Sandra Aragon for criminal use of a financial card. On the same day, she was sentenced in a separate case to a year’s community corrections for possession of fentanyl, distribution of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and in a third case to 18 months’ community corrections for possession of fentanyl.

Cheyanna M. Maggard, 22, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, interference with law enforcement, domestic battery, and disorderly conduct.

Mitchell W. McMillen, 47, Peabody, pleaded no contest March 10 to attempted residential burglary and violation of a protection order.

Jonathon R. Thomas, 21, Florence, formally was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine and 10 counts of cruelty to an animal.

Isaac Woelk, 44, Florence, was sentenced Feb. 10 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $368 for interference with law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
