Andrew C. Green, 23, Peabody, entered a diversion agreement March 31 on charges of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
Nicol R. Hardey, 44, Durham, pleaded no contest March 24 to identity theft, theft, and driving while her license was suspended or revoked. In return, charges of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; speeding; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; and failing to yield at a stop or yield sign were dismissed.
Patric G. Patterson, 27, McPherson, pleaded no contest March 24 to two counts of vehicular burglary. Three counts of theft were dismissed.
Johnathan C. Prebble, 22, Lincolnville, pleaded no contest April 8 to possession of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263.
Julio C. Vizcarra, 30, Florence, pleaded no contest April 8 to aggravated assault. Charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct were dismissed.
Eric J. Williams, 37, Marion, pleaded no contest Dec. 23 to disorderly conduct, was sentenced to seven days in jail, and was ordered to pay $263.
