Robert J. Riffel entered a six-month diversion agreement April 25 on a charge of improper passing. He was ordered to pay $308.
Johnathan C. Prebble, 22, Lincolnville, formally was charged Friday with endangering a child and domestic battery.
Belinda S. Robinson, 48, Manhattan, formally was charged May 7 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Anthony M. Rziha formally was charged May 7 with aggravated criminal sodomy. In a separate case, he was charged with aggravated criminal sodomy, assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Helder H. Sanchez pleaded guilty April 5 to speeding and was ordered to pay $158. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.
Teresa G. Varnell formally was charged May 7 with three counts of making a criminal threat.
Tyrone F. Wynne, 44, Herington, formally was charged May 7 with fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, and transporting an open container of alcohol.
