Timothy C. Boseman, 30, Jacksonville, Texas, formally was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug, driving while under the influence of a drug or combination of drugs, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

Tara B. Carlton formally was charged May 7 with possession of fentanyl.

Henry O. Diaz-Euceda was convicted March 18 of failure to yield at a stop sign and ordered to pay $183.

Joshua L. Friesen. 42, Hillsboro, formally was charged May 7 with possession of methamphetamine, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while his license was suspended.

Hunter A. Kline, 29, Hillsboro, formally was charged in two separate cases May 6 with aggravated assault and aggravated domestic battery.

A bench warrant was issued April 25 for Madeline Laboo after she failed to appear in court.

Sara J. Lanham, 30, Newton, formally was charged May 7 with possession of methamphetamine, morphine, marijuana, and cocaine, trafficking of contraband in a correction facility, theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert J. Riffel entered a six-month diversion agreement April 25 on a charge of improper passing. He was ordered to pay $308.

Johnathan C. Prebble, 22, Lincolnville, formally was charged Friday with endangering a child and domestic battery.

Belinda S. Robinson, 48, Manhattan, formally was charged May 7 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Anthony M. Rziha formally was charged May 7 with aggravated criminal sodomy. In a separate case, he was charged with aggravated criminal sodomy, assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Helder H. Sanchez pleaded guilty April 5 to speeding and was ordered to pay $158. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.

Teresa G. Varnell formally was charged May 7 with three counts of making a criminal threat.

Tyrone F. Wynne, 44, Herington, formally was charged May 7 with fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid license, and transporting an open container of alcohol.
