Bastien G. Le Guenic, 37, Hollywood, Florida, formally was charged May 29 with possession of psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and speeding.

A bench warrant was issued May 12 for Byron D. McDonald after he failed to appear in court.

Mitchell W. McMillen, 47, Peabody, formally was charged May 25 with violation of a protection order.

Joshua A. Olsen, 34, Lincolnville, formally was charged May 19 with aggravated battery and domestic battery.

A charge of domestic battery earlier filed against Chance K.M. Penner was dismissed April 29.

Sarah V. Smith, 46, Marion, formally was charged May 29 with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, two counts of failure to yield, and unsafe turning.

Richard R. Tindall, 39, Peabody, pleaded no contest May 13 to domestic battery and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $263. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Christopher L. Walker, 19, Hillsboro, formally was charged May 21 with two counts of interference with law enforcement.
