A bench warrant was issued May 20 for Samantha J. Domnick, 38. Wichita, after she failed to appear in court.

Japheth S. Dunnahoo, 35, Peabody, pleaded no contest May 13 to driving under the influence of alcohol and was sentenced to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $958 and register with an intervention program within 30 days.

On the same day, Dunnahoo pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a year’s probation. Costs were waived.

James L. Findley, 45, Peabody, formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

Kevin W. Geren, 63, Marion, formally was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.

Delane K. Kellogg, 57, Burns, formally was charged Friday with disorderly conduct.

Keisha V. Kimzey formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

Kyle A. Naerebout formally was charged Friday with criminal damage to property, failure to stop at an accident, not reporting an accident with an unattended vehicle or property.
