Alejandro Luna, 45, Topeka, was sentenced June 24 to 18 months’ probation for possession of methamphetamine.

Mitchell W. McMillen, 47, Peabody, was sentenced July 22 to 14 months in prison for attempted residential burglary.

Lawson B. Parker, 37, Parkville, Missouri, formally was charged Thursday with possession of a firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while under the influence, and transportation of liquor in an open container.

Gilbert E. Ramirez, 18, Marion, formally was charged July 24 with two counts of endangering a child and two counts of domestic battery.

Jessica M. Snyder formally was charged Thursday with battery.

Theodore J. Turk formally was charged Aug. 5 with giving a worthless check.

Jacob R. Unruh formally was charged Aug. 5 with domestic battery.

Julio C. Vizcarra, 31, Florence, was sentenced June 24 to 24 months’ probation and ordered to pay $193 for aggravated assault.

Ryan E. Williams, 41, Marion, formally was charged July 24 with violation of the Kansas offender registration act, driving with defective mirrors, and having a defective tail lamp or tag light.
