Blake A. Albright, 18, Manhattan, formally was charged Thursday with interference with law enforcement, driving under the influence of alcohol, and speeding.

Brandon B. Finn was sentenced Aug. 19 to pay $168 for driving without a driver’s license.

Matthew W. Jackson pleaded no contest Aug. 19 and was ordered to pay $208 for driving without a driver’s license.

Eric C. Petit, 42, Galva, was sentenced Aug. 4 to 10 months in prison and ordered to pay $2,653.05 for possession of stolen property.

Brandon A. Reel, 45, Goddard, formally was charged Thursday with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Jordan S. Simmons, 28, Hillsboro, formally was charged Thursday with stalking and telephone harassment. On the same day, he was charged with violation of a protection order.

Bane L. Spurlin, 21, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest July 22 to violation of the Kansas offender registration act. In a second case, 10 counts of sexual exploitation of child by possessing video were dismissed. In a third case, he pleaded no contest to attempted violation of the Kansas offender registration act. On the same day, he was convicted of violating his probation in a 2023 conviction on three counts of sexual exploitation of a child by possessing video. He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 23.
